HARVEST FOR THE WORLD All babies together Everyone a seed Half of us are satisfied Half of us in need Love’s bountiful in us Tarnished by our greed Oh when will there be a harvest for the world Right... when will there be… tell me... oh Lord A nation planted So concerned with gain As the seasons come and go Greater is the pain And far too many Feeling the strain Oh, when will there be a harvest for the world Oh when will there be... oh tell me... Gather every man Gather every woman Celebrate your lives Give thanks for your children (No) Gather everyone (Gather everyone) Gather all together (Gather all together) Overlookin’ none (Overlookin’ none) Hoping life gets better… for the world Hoping life gets better… yeah when will there be 's all we need... Dress me up for battle When all I want is peace Those of us who pay the price Come home with the least And nation after nation Turning into beasts Oh, when will there be a harvest for the world Alright tell me... Please tell me... When will there be... {Harvest for the world} A harvest... {Harvest for the world} When will there be... {Harvest for the world} A harvest for the world now... {Harvest for the world}

about

"Harvest For The World", originally written and recorded by The Isley Brothers, has been a lifelong favorite for both Andy and producer Michael Carey. The lyrics dealing with social equality, dignity, veterans issues and making a better world for our children are as relevant today as when first written.

The track features a dream team of musicians including Bobby Watson on bass (Rufus, Michael Jackson), Tony Patler on keys (Chaka Khan) and M.B. Gordy on percussion (The Doobie Brothers).

The video was directed and edited by Barry McGuire who's credits include Dr. Dre, Lady Gaga, Reeve Carney, Akon and OK GO among others.
